The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are renovated beautifully and are very comfortable and stocked with a welcome basket of snacks. The pool is perfect, there’s a game room with activities, and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

Affordable and felt safe with a helpful staff. The rooms are clean with free snacks, coffee, drink etc upon arrival into the room. Utensils were very helpful. An outdoor pool had people seemingly having fun. We enjoyed the closeness of the hotel to the roads as we were able to take busses all over Tempe.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times and will continue to come back. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The facility is great. The pool/hot tub area is nice and the game room is great. Location is a plus. It’s very close to ASU. I will be back!

My Room was clean door lock reset on me but ,it was fixed right away other than that the property was nice I would have liked a tv in the bedroom the futon wasn’t that comfortable to sit on for long periods of time..

T v was unfunctional and washing machine both did not work ( it's soaked all the clothes but would not agitate or spin them dry). Shower also dripped a steady stream all night. And would not shut off. I called the hotel staff and they said, sorry about the T. V and I could use a washing machine in one of the other rooms. Rest of the room was nice and clean. They had nice snacks in the room.

By viewing from the outside or driving. by it may not seem like too much but once you enter the courtyard, it’s a cozy & welcoming place! The multilevel layout built around the pool & common area make it enjoyable to walk around & also convenient to get from one point to another. The staff has been very friendly & accommodating, especially the room service team! I’m glad to have stumbled upon this hotel & have already referred a few friends to visit when they have a chance!
