The cleanliness of the grounds and room was superb. The breakfast was good, hot, and options for picky eaters. Everyone was helpful and the rooms were clean and very spacious, the Kitchenette was a nice bonus. If I had to critique one thing it would be the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I would definitely return.

Loved how close we were to downtown Scottsdale without being in the heart of Old Town. The property was nice & quiet. Plus, being close to many delicious restaurants and coffee shops was a plus. It was a perfect location for my small work trip, and I had plenty of space for myself & my dog.

The kitchen and bathroom were clean but the carpet smelled musty and like cigarettes. The a/c rattled every time it clicked on and I wonder if the air filter needed a change. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was really good very well coordinated. My only problem was in the room water pressure was terrible and the TV wasn't working it only had four channels and TV remote wasn't working either. But other than that the hotel is really good people would stop are really nice and it was good for the price I paid.
