The place was immaculate, and the check-in process was seamless. The hosts provided clear instructions via text and maintained good communication throughout the stay. Having a kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave was a great convenience, and the in-unit washer and dryer were an added bonus. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again

Wish we were in town longer to really enjoy what this place had to offer! It is perfect if you are not wanting to dine around and purchase groceries/cook at home. We were only there for the weekend. Absolutely loved the amenities - my kiddo specifically enjoyed the theater room and the swimming pool. It was very conveniently located so once we parked our car we just walked everywhere. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Phoenix!

Perfect location for a weekend stay! Parking garage is connected to the building, and it's within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and responded to questions via text super quickly. Loved the pool and lounge/game area.

Our stay was great. Although, the WiFi was out the first day and we did need some batteries for our TV remote. Ordering food and rides to this hotel is rough. People can’t find it or park up front. Other than that, the room was perfect for the four of us. It was a short stay. The amenities are pretty cool too.

Love placemakr and the Anova building! The building staff are great, it's in a great location and has a good on site underground parking garage. They cloud use some area rugs and black out curtains but great place to stay overall! I've of the best places in downtown phoenix for sure.

If you like to blend in with the people, stay here. Be the vacation. Stay here and do Phoenix at your pace. The room has the amenities of home turn the key , welcome home.. Views, pool and workout room great. BBQ grills on the rooftop at the pool. . This place could be your vacation. I enjoyed myself !!

Room was spacious and clean, property was conveniently located. Procedures for check in and check out made slightly more complicated by lack of lobby. The bed was not comfortable - the lack of a headboard on a mattress positioned lengthwise along the wall meant that the pillows was constantly falling off the bed and there wasn’t a comfortable way to lay in bed and read or watch TV

The rooms were very clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the Roku TV but once we communicated with them we got it fixed very quickly. AC was amazing after being out in the Phoenix heat. Definitely going to stay again! Highly recommend (:
