Showed up 3 hours earlier than my check in time and luckily there was a room available! No fuss, no pushback, they simply let me know it was just a few floors down from my original room. The breakfast OMG, it was amazing! If I ever go back to Arizona this is the main place I will go back to every time.

Cramped rooms. Right next to the light rail that runs from 5:30am- Midnight. Very noisy! No water available in the room free or for purchase (in August in AZ). A/C went out on my room, luckily they had a room available that I can move to, but was not convenient to do at midnight. Then we were evacuated at 2:30 in the morning for a fire alarm. Will not stay here again.

I loved my stay at Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix/University! The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great location. My favorite part was the rooftop room and rooftop area it offered beautiful views and was the perfect place to relax. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!
