Everything was great! Clean, staff was very friendly, a/c is adjustable to your preference, washer/dryer, fitness room and decent breakfast included. Stayed there while moving our son in to Ottawa University right down the street. A lot of eateries, Walmart, Sam's Club, Lowe's, Home Depot, Ross, Ulta, Barns and Noble. Nice area! No homeless/druggies living on sidewalks like downtown

We enjoyed our stay..room, hotel, grounds, dining area and even the parking lot were clean. Breakfast was good and I personally liked that each more there was something different to choose from. My only complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom was not good. We women who wear makeup and like to fix our hair need much better lighting.
