It’s not a hotel; it’s actually a five-star resort. It has all the amenities, and it’s right next to a high-end mall as well. I would recommend staying here every time I go to Phoenix.

The room was fine, even had a double vanity - a welcome bonus. However, the check in process took forever! I’ve never waited in a line for such a long time to check into a hotel. Most annoying and no apology was offered. Soured the entire stay.

Great stay. Happy hour good, breakfast great. Has been remodeled since our last stay here. Great location, helpful staff. Our only complaint would be that whatever they tried to do in resurfacing the sink and shower was a huge fail. Pealing and stained. Ruined the feel of the other great improvements.
