The location is near shelters & other housing projects. The rooms are very nicely renovated though. This is a MOTEL not a HOTEL so there is public access to your door of the room.

This Best Western Surestay was only a couple minutes from the airport & conveniently located by the Celebrity Theater and minutes away from Papago Park which has Botanical Gardens & amazing landscape/vistas. The room was clean & spacious w/ small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The pool on site was well maintained & much needed in the Arizona heat! The continental breakfast offered was a great way to start the day w/ plenty of variety and served in a clean dining room. The staff was helpful and offered suggestions about the surrounding area. Big shout out to LK at the front desk who always greeted us w/ a big smile, good conversation, and above & beyond attention and service. A big thanks to Best Western Surestay in Pheonix!!
