We were greeted upon entering the facility to check in and staff was very nice and helpful. We had a nicer room here than where we had stayed in Las Angeles which was pretty shocking since our LA hotel was "fancier". Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and well designed property. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and clean towels.
