We had a wonderful stay! The staff was absolutely amazing, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The gym was very clean and well maintained, perfect for getting in a great workout. The hotel is also super kid-friendly, which made traveling with family so much easier. We really loved the family atmosphere, it felt comfortable, safe, and welcoming the entire time. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxing place to stay.

Staff was helpful and welcoming, got room 122. Double bed and cute bathroom that was just enough room. This room is adjacent to the pool, so there will be noise for future reference. I didn't mind since the pool closes at 10, I got back later than that. I believe it opens back up at 9 or 10 am..

The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. I didn't receive a receipt when I checked out, and the receptionist told me the computer was down and would email it later. It's been four hours now, and I still haven't received the email. I've had experiences like this where it took me days to finally receive my receipt. The room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.

There was a system error so we had to wait a while for the office staff to righted it out. It was figured out and the front desk extended our check for 2 hours. It did make a difference because we didn’t get into our room until close to midnight after a 10 hour drive from out of state. We were able to rest in the morning and didn’t have to rush out. They definitely made it up to us and accommodated fs.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. Had an issue with the chair lift not working at the pool, after several inquiries regarding its usability and was comped some Bonvoy points after trying it to no avail (bad motor needed replacing). Really appreciated housekeeping and maintenance staff (fridge had to be swapped out too) and the property is very clean. Water fill station in the gym is nice as well fruit-infused water dispenser in the lobby. Good stay despite my disappointment at not being able to get into the pool after those hot Phoenix days.
