They aim to please. Our AC was noisy when we turned it on; a maintenance man came and fixed it within minutes. There are signs saying "If you don't like your pillow, let us know and we'll give you another one" or something like that. Good breakfast. Nice pool & spa and nicely landscaped but be sure to request a room facing the pool area.

The rooms were clean and the staff is fantastic. There’s not much around the hotel so I was at the Walgreens next door frequently to get snacks and other necessities. I stayed during a ren faire weekend so it got pretty noisy especially in the evenings and mornings.
