When I am searching for hotels, my main amenities required are a kitchen/ kitchenette, queen or king sized bed, WiFi, Air conditioner and nearby the city center. The Wealth Mansion is not in walking distance of the city center as you need to cross a bridge to get to the main city. Once there you can hop on public transportation and ride the mini buses anywhere you choose. That was not an issue for me. Grab rides are only $3 - $5 on average and public bus #6 can pick you up without an issue.
The room is immaculate. Use of bright colors (white and Gold) along with brightly colored tile make the room light up beautifully. It’s a picture perfect room in fact. I had a large bed, large sitting sofa and a small desk for using a laptop.
I intended to spend most of my time swimming to burn calories from the food I was eating, but, unfortunately, during my stay the POOL WAS CLOSED. They claim there was a recent fire and the water was emptied out. No word on when it would be restored. The review automatically loses a full star for that. If not for the pool I’d have booked elsewhere.
The kitchenette consists of an induction cooktop, fridge and water boiling kettle. BUT NO MICROWAVE. Not only could I not reheat leftovers in my room, but there was no microwave on the lobby floor either: not even the “Summer Store”.
Add this to the fact no silverware, cookware or dining ware was included in the room and the kitchenette became irrelevant.
