More than a hotel room, it's a whole 1 bedroom apartment. Lots of space and the industrial look was just the right amount and didn't look like an abandoned building. Staff was great

The space and location were perfect for Philadelphia. Close/in walking distance to many attractions, including Reading Market & Chinatown. The only issue we had in the unit was fruit flies. We could not find the source of them, but we ended up buying spray for them, and most of them went away.

Gorgeous 2-bedroom with old industrial building views was awesome. The beds were wonderful. The kitchen was complete. Indego bike and subway stations are an easy 5 min walk. Keypad entry was efficient. The rooftop gym, patio and lounge was beautiful and pleasant to hang out.

Overall our stay was quite comfortable and convenient. The desk staff was quite helpful and the lovely young woman on duty when we checked in also took a few photos of my partner and I as we requested. She was very sweet and added another bonus to our stay. We will definitely return.

Large rooms, great location, great view from the terrace, comfortable bed. The only issue we had was that the WiFi simply did not work in the room. If you need to work and depend on WiFi, you may not be able to. I had to go to the hallway and to the terrace to work since these were the only places the WiFi worked. I stayed there for 8 days and the for the first 5 I kept complaining about the non functional WiFi in the room but it never worked. I ended up giving up. The staff was very nice and tried to help but was not able to. The hotel management must ensure WiFi works in every room. Looks like it did in other rooms.

Our one bedroom unit was just as pictured; what you couldn’t see from the pictures was just how high end all the appliances and fixtures were. Also, it’s hard to really appreciate the grandeur of those huge windows and the high ceilings until you’re inside the unit. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of varied pillows. The front desk was over worked but helpful, as was house keeping. The cherry on the top? The Heid Lofts are cheaper than a king hotel room downtown. And Chinatown starts three blocks away, the convention center too.

I went during The Roots Picnic and the hotel was hopping. The staff was polite, professional and quick to handle every need. The spaces are chic and have an uptown sophistication. I will warn that the walls are thin and your neighbors can hear you; pack headphones. I'd suggest getting coffee from Elixir Coffee and go to the rooftop for a proper morning sunrise.
