Breakfast had good options yogurt, fruit, eggs and meat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property itself is in need of a refresh-furniture in our room was worn, dresser drawer was broken but repaired by a maintenance man when we asked.

The place was clean, people were nice and food was good. My problem was the toilet in my room. It didn’t always work & we weren’t given a new room because there were none clean, the staff told us. We’re senior citizens and our room was on the 4th floor. Staff told us we could use the public restrooms, located on the first floor, while they tried to fix the problem. They tried but It was never fixed. I wrote to the manager & assistant manager but never heard back from them. No recognition or apologies. We WON’T BOOK THEM AGAIN!!!

The two-bedroom suite was bigger than I had expected, and it gave us the space that we needed for the stay. The pool/jacuzzi is not advertised on the site but was an excellent added touch and of course breakfast was a hit. I also want to add that Keisha was very helpful and professional. When/If I come back to the area this will definitely be my go-to. There are also various restaurants and shops in the area.

I like their trio room a lot. One room had two queen size beds and a bathroom. The other side was a room with a king size bed with its own bathroom too. In the middle was a small kitchen and living room with a couch and tv. It was perfect for my stay. The suite has an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it. I would recommend they upgrade the couch in the living room, because it was too hard to seat on. Add a little more to the room too like some art, design, or something small to elevate the room. They have handicap rooms, which i thought was precious. The whole place is handicap friendly, and family friendly too.

Please give Keisha a raise !!! We came on the first day of our stay around 10:30pm for a very late check-in. They were very accommodating and checked us in quickly . Unfortunately, when we got to the room the AC unit did not work and maintenance could not come til the morning . Our first night was very hot and uncomfortable in unit 322 The only reason I’m giving this property such a high rating is because of Keisha’s hospitality and commitment to fixing our problem. She informed us at about 9 am that she was working on getting us into a new room with a working unit . At about 11:00 am we went down to the front desk and she got us right into a room and provided us with waters . The rest of our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed the pool.

Layout nice. Cleanliness in rooms leaves much to be desired. Blac marks in calking around the tub. Remote sticky and not working upon checkin . I cleaned it myself and was given new batteries at front desk. I alerted desk clerk to cleanliness issues and got a response that he noted that.

We had a 2 bedroom suite reserved. When we arrived we were given a one bedroom so had to get that fixed. Room was clean but a bit run down. Ripped and fraying upholstery and a missing drain were evident. When we had issues in the evenings there was rarely a staff person available as they were doing other tasks in the hotel. The hallways had no air conditioning but the rooms were comfortable. The beds and pillows were good and the location was also close to highways and shopping.

I've stayed at this hotel several times before and have always spoken highly of it. Unfortunately, my most recent stay and to some extent the one before it, fell well below that standard. I was placed in an accessible room, which I appreciated, but several things were in poor condition: - The room was persistently humid; I had to keep the thermostat at 65–66°F, as anything higher left the carpet damp and the air uncomfortable. - The in-room teabags were already open, and the pitcher in the fridge had leftover liquid and staining. - The carpet was torn near the kitchen island area, and there was no seating there, the desk chair wasn't a comfortable height for that space either. - Drawers and the electrical panel doors wouldn't stay shut. Two issues concerned me most: the security bar on the door wasn't seated properly in the frame, and there were blood streaks on one of the pillows. I only had the pleasure of interacting with the front desk staff and they were wonderful. Breakfast was okay, the eggs were the best part. The curtains did actually close all the way and didn't leave an awkward gap.

I’ll start with the ants. There were little ants all over the counter near the sink, which grossed me out. were a few pieces of coarse black hair on the bed and pillows. The kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky (could have been the humidity, however, the room was very cold. There were two white rings on the bathroom floor, looked like maybe the bottom of a drink mug or coffee cup. Finally, the desk/table and the tv stand were very dusty (not that big of a deal, but it’s simple to run a swift duster across the furniture. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and they had a weeknight “social” on Wednesday. I didn’t attend but thought that was nice.

This was our first and last time staying in this hotel. It sucks because we had high hopes. It looks inviting from the outside. It has a nice lobby and eating area. The breakfast was impressive. They actually had fresh strawberries and blueberries. The laundry was free. With all that being said, we were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of our room. One of the first things we noticed when we walked in was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The tub was also very stained. The top drawer of the one dresser was broken and all the drawers were very dirty. I had to wipe they out before putting my clothes away. The upholstery on the chairs in the kitchen was all ripped up. After the “cleaner” came in the second day they left behind a press on finger nail. It was very hot out the few days that we stayed. They must of not had the air conditioning running on the upper floors because the hallway and elevator were extremely warm and stuffy. It is a shame. This could be a very nice hotel if they did some simple upgrades and thorough cleaning.

It’s been a few times that there wasn’t a mattress on the pullout sofa which made the sofa concave when sitting on it. The staff members at the desk told me they didn’t know where any mattresses were in the hotel to fix the inconveniences. We were given a different room this last stay and again, no mattress and still the same response from the front desk. Sorry but can’t help with that.
