We enjoyed our stay at the Roost as it provided the space and comfort of a modern one bedroom apartment. The staff was very helpful at the front desk and on the floor. There is a roof top fitness center with mostly cardio equipment and lighter dumbbells. The property is secure and well located. We walked to Rittenhouse Square for dinner and to all the historical sites. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very relaxing.

Nice location but needs to be careful in the evening, one side near the hotel is quite dark and unsafe. If you are travelling with your family, it's a very nice choice.

There was no washing machine in room 509 but they moved us to another, bigger, much nicer room at no charge that had both a washer and dryer. Once I figured out how to work them, everything was fine. Hotel is very convenient to so much.

The location was excellent, the building very nice and the room accomodations were terrific. Nicely appointed and well furnished. My only complaint was that we were only provided with only a one day supply of coffee for our two night stay. Match the coffee supply with the number of nights. I had to leave early in the morning and couldn't have a convenient cup of coffee before leaving. other than that, very nice.

Honestly 5/5 experience and room. Very welcome front desk staff and the rooms were fantastic. Downtown Philly is awful for getting affordable parking, but at least they have a deal with a parking garage 4 blocks downs to get half off parking.
