I would like to know WHYYYY Expedia decided to even put this hotel on their website. This NOT a hotel that you want to stay at. The night before my stay I called the hotel to request an early check in, no response. The day of my stay had to call the hotel twice before I finally spoke with a hotel staff. Upon arrival to the hotel I was extremely disappointed. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on the Expedia website. The hotel is located in a sketchy neighborhood. I entered the hotel and there was police activity happening. The hotel itself had a damp smell to it and room was very basic. Overall this hotel didn't seem like a safe place for me to stay the night and in the end I decided to leave.

Staffs were kind, within room was acceptable, most basic cleanings were done. Like towls, sheet. But i could tell no deep clean for floor. For lobby and hallways were always dirty. Unfortunately , i dont think i will return here again.

I decided to book this room after being in Philadelphia for a soccer game. Sorely mistaken. It was dirty, filthy, actually. Looked and smelled terrible. There were stains on the sheets that left my partner utterly uncomfortable. I tried to go to the bathroom and saw a bug run across the floor. We immediately left. We didn't even care about speaking to management, the entire place is awful.
