We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was prompt and remarkably speedy, getting our visit off to a smooth start. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff throughout the property were consistently friendly and attentive to our needs. ​The breakfast buffet was a real highlight with a very nice selection of hot and fresh options. We also really enjoyed the pool area and overall amenities, which were well-maintained and clean. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, enjoyable stay!

Excellent staff, super helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were great and the staff working at the breakfast area deserve a lot of recognition for their patience and professionalism, especially the older gentleman that was there most mornings (apologies for not getting his name). The room was comfy and the housekeeping staff was also very helpful. We loved the pool and spent hours there. Will definitely be back.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. It is really well located in center city to get to the most popular tourist attractions. The Parking is okay but the attendants weren't bad. The gym leaves a lot to be desired but my kids loved the outdoor pool. They had a strong continental breakfast with great hours from 6am - 10:30 am.

The staff check-in and leaving were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. They offered a variety of ways for communication including text which I liked but you could opt out. The breakfast is better than average. Just remember they do not offer parking included. The hotel was pretty convenient for some of the the places we were going to sightsee. Plenty of food options around

Overall, the hotel is very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. One minor point: the TV worked but was outdated; they might want to upgrade it, as it doesn't quite match the style of the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is included and is excellent—a classic American buffet with everything needed to start the day. The hotel features a pool, a gym, and laundry facilities; we didn't use them, but they looked very nice. The hotel shares a building with a parking garage available for an additional fee ($44 per day, with unlimited in-and-out privileges). The location is excellent, allowing you to walk to all of Philadelphia's points of interest, and there also is public transportation nearby. It is a good area, with many shops and dining options just steps away.
