We stayed here as we were attending a wedding nearby & although the bar closed early, we basically took over the lounge area in the lobby. The staff didn’t bother us at all & let us do our thing. We kept the area clean of course & definitely appreciated that we had somewhere to congregate without any complaints or issues. Room was comfy & clean. I’d definitely stay here again!

They overbooked the King bed room that I reserved weeks ahead. My partner and I had to sleep on a double bed for two nights. Mold everywhere: sink, shower, window sill, vents. There’s no shower door, water was splashing into the bathroom floor when we had to shower. Terrible place to stay. This site spent all of their budget on the lobby area. Some of my friends stayed at the Courtyard Marriott nearby. The rooms over at that hotel were way cleaner and nicer. They even have a parking lot that you don’t have to pay for. I highly recommend staying there instead.

Hotel is clean and the restaurant food is excellent and the bartender was super nice and courteous. What we don't like is the check in time a lot of customers including us ,had to wait for 1 1/2 hour for us to check in and remember our check in time was around 4:00 pm that was a disaster for everybody that is very sad.

I like that it was near many things and Soho. Although I did not eat in the restaurant, it was a nice option as well as I like the two coffee shop in the hotel. The room was rather small. That was the only part that I would say I would change, but I won’t remove because it was really all that was needed.

Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Always nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Microwave was available in the lobby but it was a bit dirt. The parking situation is atrocious. Self parking couple of blocks away from the hotel and then you have to pay. Overall, I still stay at this hotel when I’m visiting friends in Wynewood.

I’d call the hotel just adequate. First the good. Kudos to the valet attendants. The towels were soft and the shower was good once you figured it out. The room appeared clean at first but there was a suspicious substance on the bedside light switch. The bad- there was no door on the bathroom, the bed was lumpy and the pillows were horrible, as if they were filled with floating pieces of foam. No cups or glasses in the room, and maintenance was lacking with gouges in the wallpaper and rips in the curtains and a curtain that would not move to open.

They charge you an arm and a leg. Then you have to pay for parking that you have to walk a couple blocks to get to. They have the smallest refrigerator in the room I have ever seen, no microwave and half a door for the shower. Did have to pay for breakfast but it was very good, beds were comfortable and staff was nice.
