When I got there, the elevator was broken. I had to sit downstairs for two hours then I got locked out of my room because the door pad was disabled and that took me another 45 minutes to get in. I can’t say it was the best trip but the location is beautiful.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. My hotel room, unfortunately smelled of cigarettes. The hallways were kind of musty, the hotel amenities including parking and lobby bar were exceptional. The outside view from our room was pristine, but the windows could have afforded to have been wiped clean.

Perfect location and beautiful decorations lovely area for all Phillie has to offer- Fun waterfront and shaded park right by the hotel- Walkable to restaurants and delicious buffet breakfast at hotel super service and hospitality! Room was a bit warm on 15 th floor with city view but front desk sent service guy who adjusted and even gave us a fan to use! Highly recommend . We were even able to check in early at 230! Awesome - book it
