Not a great experience. The room lighting was not working properly, and the hallway leading to the room had a very unpleasant smell. The only positives were the convenient location near the airport and the reliable shuttle service. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance and cleanliness.

The convince in location and shuttle to airport was a fantastic option. The recommended sister hotel for dinner didn’t really work out, luckily there was another hotel to have dinner at. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms was not that great: shower window was dirty with some sort of “print” once the water got hot that you could see - the coffee maker was not cleaned out but also only had enough stuff for one person to enjoy a coffee. Worst yet was the mold on the pillow case, blood on another and black specks “flea dirt or otherwise” between the comforter and fitted sheet on the right side of the bed. We only wished we had noticed those items before we went to bed. 😞

The bed was extremely comfortable with its pillow-top mattress. Additionally, the hotel was located close to the Xfinity Mobile Arena. However, I wish Aloft didn’t charge for parking.

Stayed here 10 years ago and fell in love with the vibe. it's fallen in disrepair. Front desk staff was super nice. Bartenders lack customer service skills and tried to charge different prices (and markedly so) for the same beer on our 2 nights of stay (Thursday coming in to town; and Tuesday leaving - we stayed with family in between). That bait and switch, coupled with the lack of maintenance, has soured my opinion of the hotel. If I need a pass-through location on my next trip east, I'll consider staying again, only because it is clean and safe (big heavy doors and good locks); it was relatively quiet, no kids running around, but my 'neighbor' was clearly smoking pot (could only smell in hall, not in room). However, it's not a place we'd likely spend more than an overnight. If you do stay and use DoorDash, order local (within 4 miles) b/c anything from Philly will take 40 minutes. Local arrives relatively quickly and hot.

Clean, comfy, coffee in room, shampoo- shower gel - conditioner in the shower, blow dryer, iron and board, lots of pillows, modern feel, friendly desk staff, easy on site parking discounted, near airport, easy access to highway, billiards in the lobby, spacious well appointed room, quiet for restful sleep with black out shades. Would do it again.

First the good. The hotel is conveniently located for sporting events and it was clean. Now the rest: Checkout is at noon but the housekeeping staff knocked on our door at 7:30 ! Then again at 9. The ‘free coffee’ in the lobby was nasty. Probably made a day before and judt reheated. The shower water never got hot. I let the water rin for over 10 minutes and it never got warm
