“Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben nach meiner Reklamation eine kleine Kulanzerstattung gewährt. Leider entsprach der Zustand der Junior Suite aus meiner Sicht nicht den Fotos auf der Website und bei Expedia. Die Einrichtung wirkte deutlich abgewohnt (großflächig beschädigter Parkettboden, beschädigte Möbel, defekte Lampen, Riss im Wachbecken, lockere Duschstange usw.).
