AC was phenomenal and necessary due to heavy humidity. Very nice smart tv which worked very well when the internet worked (missed 24 hours out of 4 day stay. Excellent parking option on site. Adjacent to nice mall. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Place was clean. Food at the restaurant was good. Staff helpfull: 1. Had a lady at the front desk that really did a good job speaking English. 2. Very good staff at restaurant. 3. We had a problem with our AC during the night. They send an technician asap. Resolved the problem in 15 minutes. We had hotels in the past where there was no technician during graveyard shift, so we really appreciated this. Very good roomservice also. Would recommend.

We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

the hotel is in a great location near major attractions by walking. the staff is very friendly, professional, attentive, kind. Amazing customer service. my family stayed on the superior room, it was big, clean, 2 baths, kitchen with major appliances, air conditioning was working, the pool was clean and warm. the breakfast is unbelievable delicious. The three young front desk personnel were really helpful and definitely we will come back. highly recommend.

Ficamos de sexta a segunda, no domingo a noite internet parou de funcionar e ficamos sem smart tv, chegou um hóspede que arrastava cadeira o tempo todo, falando com o funcionário do hotel e ele reportou o ocorrido para o hóspede barulhento, que na hora parou, mas depois voltou a fazer barulho. A geladeira estava descongelando, tudo que colocava dentro, só que eu não reportei, então eles não sabiam.
