Equipe de funcionários fantástica!! Foram excelentes; muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A recepção dispõe de um papel com as principais atrações turísticas e eventos da cidade e adjacências. Limpeza impecável. Wi-fi bom. Meu quarto não tinha ar condicionado, vi só depois de reservar, mas o clima da cidade era adequado só com o ventilador de teto. Chuveiro a gás esquenta muito bem. Café da manhã razoável, sem tantas opções, ovos mexidos meio frios e brioche de milho um pouco duro. Quarto sem vista; janela do quarto dava quase para a janela do quarto vizinho.

Quarto limpo, banheiro não Muito, funcionários agradáveis, café da manhã no 1o dia foi restrito, só tivemos acesso ao café e leite, o restante foi entregue pelo funcionário, porém no 2o dia colocaram o buffet, porém não completo. Bicas do banheiro não fechava, cama pequena, pedi uma queem. Não fui atendidas.

Quarto precisa ser reformado, banheiro não tem local para apoiar objetos na pia. Box pequeno. Cheiro ruim. Quarto com travesseiros velhos. Café da manhã bem básico. O diferencial é a simpatia dos colaboradores da higiene, garçons. Não ter acessibilidade até entendemos por estar em centro histórico, mas não ter convênio com estacionamento foi ruim. O estacionamento mais perto é bem precário.

Hotel antigo, com escadas na entrada, “na porta” da rodoviária, movimentação e barulho intenso. Sem estacionamento e de difícil parada na porta. Café da manhã bom, quarto antigo, sem mofo. Quarto voltado para a rua muito barulhento.

Ótimo hotel!!

O hotel fica em ponto estratégico para quem prefere estar proximo aos museus de Petrópolis. Dá para fazer tudo a pé. Quarto limpo, confortável, funcionarios muito educados. Eu recomendo. Porém, para que não pode subir escadas ou é cadeirante, o York não está apropriado porque tem um vasto lance de escadas até chegar ao saguão para fazer o check in.

A nossa estadia foi incrível, atendimento excelente, bom café da manhã e limpeza de quarto e uma hospitalidade maravilhosa e boa localização!! Alguns pontos negativos: não tinha água no frigobar, o box não era tão grande e um pouco estranho terem pedido comanda no café da manhã. Mas isso não estragou em nada a nossa estadia e a nossa viagem
