It’s a beautiful historic property! The architecture, furnishings, murals and grounds are stunning. The location is excellent for walk ability to conveniences and points of interest. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The food was mostly excellent. I loved using the saunas and hot pool. The only negative is that, as an older building in a damp climate, there was some mustiness

Gorgeous well kept historic property. The breakfast the the afternoon tea were outstanding. We forgot our jackets in the room's closet. The hotel staff found it. We gave them our location, a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. They mailed to us, and 2 days later we received our jackets. Outstanding hospitality service.

This hotel is even better in person! The service was outstanding, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really comfy & well decorated. They even made “sagu” for us and this wasn’t even on their menu. 10 out of 10!

Nice people, great location, good breakfast! We walked almost everywhere in the historic center no matter of the rain. The restaurant and staff were very helpful. We had dinner at Majorica once which was really great and walking distance from the hotel. Thank you

Great hotel walking distance from main attractions

Great hotel in two renovated last century mansions, walking distance from Petrópolis main attractions. Staff very polite and willing to help and there is also a great restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommended!

Despite having reserved a royal suite room upstairs with a garden view which we had stayed many times as a repeated guest they put us on a lower level room with bad smell , mouldy walls, no shampoo, the bedroom upstairs was very noisy, a machine outside didn’t let us sleep, the breakfast is very average, watery orange juice, very little fruits . It was the last time we will stay at this hotel.

Não achei que o valor pago seja compatível com as instalações e principalmente o café da manhã. O café tem um formato diferente. Ficam expostas frutas, café, sucos e bolo, demais itens você precisa pedir (omelete, pão Petrópolis etc). Deveria ter um cardápio em cada mesa juntamente com uma ficha para marcar o pedido e entregar para o garçom. Facilitaria. Digo isso porque minha filha queria nutela e só ficamos sabendo que tinha porque uma criança na mesa ao lado estava comendo.
