Gorgeous well kept historic property. The breakfast the the afternoon tea were outstanding. We forgot our jackets in the room's closet. The hotel staff found it. We gave them our location, a hotel in Rio de Janeiro. They mailed to us, and 2 days later we received our jackets. Outstanding hospitality service.

This hotel is even better in person! The service was outstanding, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really comfy & well decorated. The breakfast area is stunning with animal art/paintings all over, wonderful music playing and the food was delicious and varied. 10 out of 10!

Excepcional!

This hotel is even better in person! The service was outstanding, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really comfy & well decorated. They even made “sagu” for us and this wasn’t even on their menu. 10 out of 10!

It’s a beautiful historic property! The architecture, furnishings, murals and grounds are stunning. The location is excellent for walk ability to conveniences and points of interest. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The food was mostly excellent. I loved using the saunas and hot pool. The only negative is that, as an older building in a damp climate, there was some mustiness

Great hotel in two renovated last century mansions, walking distance from Petrópolis main attractions. Staff very polite and willing to help and there is also a great restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommended!

Despite having reserved a royal suite room upstairs with a garden view which we had stayed many times as a repeated guest they put us on a lower level room with bad smell , mouldy walls, no shampoo, the bedroom upstairs was very noisy, a machine outside didn’t let us sleep, the breakfast is very average, watery orange juice, very little fruits . It was the last time we will stay at this hotel.

Fiz a reserva com quase 1 mês de antecedência e ao chegar ao quarto em horário determinado para check in, num dia de inverno, o ar quente não funcionava, trocaram me de quarto após nossa solicitação, fomos pra um quarto barulhento e mal conservado, que não condizia com as fotos do site Ao final trocamos pra um quarto de categoria inferior, que não estava funcionando a água quente do chuveiro, só resolvida a questão pela manhã. Como um hotel tão bonito e bem localizado e com a diária mais alta da cidade, encontra-se nestas condições ?? Não encontramos gerente num fim de semana de movimento. Experiência frustrante !!!!

O hotel é muito bom, muito bonito, funcionários muito prestativos, bom café da manhã. Houve um problema sobre barulho no quarto durante a noite, o boiler do hotel estava com barulho, fica atrás da parede do quarto Princesa Isabel, mas no dia seguinte a equipe muito gentil nos colocou no quarto ao lado, Conde D'Eu, muito amplo e confortável e mesmo com janela virada pra rua, silenciosa. Minha estadia para o fim de semana foi ótima.
