Pousada charmosa e aconchegante. Café da manhã muito bom. A única observação não foi nenhuma surpresa. Por ser uma casa, imaginei que ouviria sons de áreas comuns. Não foi um sofrimento, mas foi um leve incômodo. Mas vou voltar e recomendo. Da próxima vez, no chalé, que é fora sa casa

O café da manhã era muito bom. De resto, medíocre. O lazer do hotel conta com piscina, hidromassagem e sauna - no entanto a sauna não pode ser usada quando alguém está fazendo massagem (por fora). Pedi para deixarem a sauna esquentando, o fizeram - mas a 90 graus. Inviabilizando totalmente. Parece que fizeram de propósito. No fim do dia: sauna inexistente na prática. Hotel muito caro pro que oferece, pois oferece muito pouco e cobra relativamente caro porque é "bonitinho". Não volto nem recomendo.

O local é uma obra de arte, muito lindo. A piscina é gelada, mas na Serra é normal né, fica gostoso no sol. A jacuzzi externa é maravilhosa no frio, super recomendo.

Pousada linda com a decoração toda francesa. Um ponto a melhorar seria o domínio por parte dos funcionários que auxiliam no restaurante, alguns pareciam novos nesse ramo. Talvez por ser uma pousada nova estejam se adequando. Recomendo.

A estadia foi muito além da expectativa, muito por conta dos excelentes funcionários que nós atenderam. As meninas da cozinha, Ionara, Juliana e Taires foram excepcionais, super atenciosas, dedicadas e sempre amáveis e de bom humor! Nota 10 pra elas! O Hugo foi extremamente atencioso e prestativo, também muito bom astral. Excelente atendimento! Nota 10, também! A Graça também foi super atenciosa e não deixou a desejar em nada! Fora isso, a pousada é um charme e a comida é uma delícia. O café da manhã é maravilhoso! Voltarei, com certeza! Recomendo sem pestanejar! Parabéns, a toda a equipe!
