“Great stay for the price , excellent breakfast, staff are lovely and very helpful. Pool area looking a bit tired , in need of a refurbishment, but the actual pool was great”

“One would expect a chain hotel to meet certain standards. This was not the case at the Radisson Blu Kochin: - the service at 2 of the restaurants was very slow and inefficient: it took them 20 mins to let us know that the wine we had ordered was not available and 20 more to actually bring the drinks, that came when we were almost done with the food. We also waited 25 mins for a burger to find out that the fries were cold. - we had to ask 2 times to get toiletries in our bathroom”

“Their Gym is in a very Bad Condition. There is absolutely no difference in room categorisation except pricing, hence one can book the lowest priced room. Also for any amenities, pls put an effort to ask proactively so that they can provide the same in a delayed manner...”

“Lo único angustiante y estresante es sentir la presión que les genera a algunos empleados, tener que obtener reseñas y/o retroalimentación por parte de los huéspedes, sobre su desempeño. Para nosotros todos los empleados del Le Meridien realizan un extraordinario trabajo, desde quien nos recibe en la primera entrada en el auto, hasta las mujeres que en silencio y disciplina realizan su labor en los jardines. No nos gusta escoger entre una sola persona para hablar de su labor, porque sería muy...

“The environment and the gardens are absolutely fabulous. The staff everywhere were very lovely. The kitchen staff went out of their way to prefer special food for my husband. Definitely will go back. ”

“Muy limpia, espaciosa y lujosa ”

“I stay here every time I'm in town once a year. It's a cute, modern place at a very reasonable price. The staff is helpful, rooms are clean, and food is pretty good. It offers a really cool view down on the city with an excellent location for a city stay.”

“Such a great experience and my parents stayed over there. Good hotel and especially hospitality is great . Such a professional staff. I highly recommend. Thanks team for taking care of my aged parents .”

“Really good”

“Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again.”

“The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was very clean and we felt very safe and well taken care of. ”

“Highly recommended for a villa stay, especially for a group of 7 people! The villa is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The complimentary food at the Grand Club Happy Hour was superb, and the breakfast at Malabar Restaurant was excellent. The pool access, along with various indoor and outdoor activities, made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids and the entire family had a wonderful time, creating lots of happy and unforgettable memories. Overall, it was a fantastic...
