We were given a warm friendly welcome from receptionist Skye , there had been a small problem with room which Skye promptly managed to get it corrected again with great help from Carol in housekeeping who could not do enough to help us which we were very happy with . I would like to have seen a non slip mat to put in bottom of bath while showering , All other staff felt friendly and attentive , meals were ,cold buffet was excellent , hot breakfast scrambled egg was not the greatest a bit mushy runny, toast only cooked on one side,

We were a group of 6 friends who booked 5 rooms at Leonardo Boutique Huntingtower. We loved everything about the hotel! Rooms were spacious, clean, and had electric kettles and coffee/tea. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed time in the evening sitting in the lounge enjoying drinks from the bar. Breakfast was held in the most amazing dining room and was delicious. We had some of the breakfast buffet as well as the hot options. We would definitely return!

stayed here last year and had a great experience and lovely room. Very disappointed this time with our room, booked double standard, was told at reception we were upgraded to a superior double. Was shown to a chalet out the back, which on entering appeared dated and the windows did not close properly. Would not class as an upgrade… Room was nothing like the pictures on the website. Unable to have showers in the morning as the water was scalding hot. Bar & restaurant staff were friendly and food was good.

We use this hotel quite regularly. Good location, nice staff and food generally fine although the juices at breakfast were awful. Rooms could do with updating, but comfy enough. However, bathrooms seriously need improvement.
