The hotel isn’t brand‑new, but it is very comfortable to stay in. What impressed me most is the indoor viewing spot in the room, offering a stunning view of Percé Rock, though it comes with a fairly high price tag.

The view is worth it alone .. hotel is clean, breakfast is not included but its buffet so worth it, Room is big, good bed and a small terrace or balcony that begs you to sit and enjoy the view.

Nice clean room with balcony staff very helpful. Please don’t take the breakfast at the motel. It costed us $74.00 for a buffet breakfast. The buffet was very basic and not fresh at all. You would be better off going to Boulangerie Le Fournand. Great food!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Côte La Surprise. The hotel location is SPECTACULAR! Located on the waterfront with a balcony view of the Percé rock which is especially beautiful during sunrise! The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are modest but well kept and clean. There is a breakfast buffet option for an extra fee. The hotel is a walking distance from the town centre which has several lovely boutiques and restaurants. We were a large group of 10 including all various age groups (young kids and elderly) and we all enjoyed our 3 night stay in Percé.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even stayed till late to help us check-in. The rooms were clean and had stunning views of both the Perce Rock and Bonaventure Island. The breakfast was also very delicious with lots of vegetarian friendly options.

The room was great, very spacious and with a perfect view on the Roché Percé from the room and the balcony. The staff is also very kind, the breakfast is good (although a bit expensive). My only complaint is that the sound of footsteps in the room above was very loud (I could hear them loudly and feel the room shake on every step of the neighbor above, who was probably not the lightest person on Earth but still).

We were on the second floor and had a wonderful view of both Percé Rock and Bonaventure island. Unfortunately or fortunately, the hot hazy day and morning fog gave the view a surrealistic quality. Fishing boats along the shore in the morning rain also added to the local flavours. Hotel located a short driving distance away from ‘downtown’. Room was comfortable with all amenities. We awoke to listening to the rain on the roof! The sun appeared after breakfast for the rest of our activities.

The room was very clean. However, we were given a smaller room than booked (only one double bed when we booked two) and also moved to a secondary building that looked older. There is no air conditioning but the room was quite cool with the water breeze at night. There was also no coffee pods although there was a Keurig machine
