Place was magnificent! Literally something from a dream. The room was huge and so clean. The staff were very attentive and helpful when needed. The pool was amazing and very easy to get seats at. Pool service was also magnificent. Overall didn't want to leave and can't wait to get back!!

We booked this hotel specifically to enjoy spa and indoor pool as part of our short vacation. When arrived - pool was on maintenance and closed for all days of our vacation. Spa was fully booked. Rooms are clean and location is beautiful. Manager stopped communicating with us after few texts messages.

Such a lovely stay at this hotel. Had everything you needed and the staff were super helpful. Was also rare for a hotel in the area to have your private swim spot like Heritage does.

We arrived late at night in the dark, and woke to quiet, and serene heaven. The hotel is gorgeous, the breakfast is a lovely experience, and the location is wonderful. The spa experience was great both technically, we enjoyed hammam and reflexology from skilled therapists, as well as service wise. The staff made it an exceptional experience. The spa manager was very accommodating and moved therapists around so we could enjoy services during our short stay. We were there when it was very hot, and the air conditioning couldn't quite keep up with the heat, and the management supplied fans, and even moved us to a different room to help manage the heat.

Great stay. Excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, lovely spa area, great location. Only slight niggle was a very hard mattress. Although there two weddings during our stay, it didn’t have too much of an impact other than on sun bed availability

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Their pool bar area was right on the water with chairs, drink and food service and easy access in and out of the water. The staff were so helpful and made it so easy for us to access our car even though they did not have parking immediately at the hotel. There are many restaurants just minutes walk from hotel. I would recommend paying to stay here, you won’t regret it.

This was a beautiful setting and a truly top class hotel. Staff were really wonderful, service amazing. Only comment is that there is no lounge/bar. So when it rained one afternoon there was nowhere to sit other than the restaurant. Loads of outdoor seating. I highly recommend Heritage Grand Perast.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The property was beautiful. A few things to note… The pillows were not down, they were honestly very flat and budget feeling. I didn’t ask for other ones, but I feel like nice pillows should be standard in a 5 star hotel. The beach had a massive shortage of towels (80 towels for a large hotel) people were left waiting an hour or more for clean, fresh towels. The “beach club” menu was very limited with a seafood salad, and a smoked salmon sandwich as 2 of the 8 options (who wants fish salad on the beach). That said the staff was incredible, Bojan, Sophie, Camila, Andrea (I’m lookin at you. The staff was wonderful, attentive and kind!

We recently stayed 3 nights at Heritage Grand Perast and were deeply disappointed by the service. For a hotel charging luxury rates, the local staff were consistently unfriendly, unhelpful, and at times came across as vindictive when we raised concerns or asked for assistance. The property itself is beautiful, but hospitality matters—and unfortunately the staff experience overshadowed the setting. We would not return and cannot recommend this hotel to travelers expecting warm, professional service.
