I have really enjoyed my stay, having been evacuated from Summerland. The leash free dog park across the street is a bonus, the staff have gone above and beyond for many evacuees. I highly recommend it.

Sunny Beach Motel guests will enjoy the beautiful location at Skaha Beach Park. However, be aware that the property is very old and showing it's age. The proprietors take good care of the grounds and it's clean. I would recommend this property but also advise that it's very basic!

This property has great potential however it seems they do nothing with it. The property next door is clean, pretty with flowers and seating areas( all 3 properties owned ) needs Minor updating like light fixtures. Place needs better cleaning. Jose off decks and railings, clean windows. Can be great space if effort was put in. Would not stay again

It is a run down place. The water supply slows down when 2 faucets are going at the same time. Towels were clean and enough supplies. Spacious and close to the beach. Can use an upgrade of the kitchen.

Staff amazing. Missing utensils , not enough plates and glasses, lightbulbs may start fire as are loose, and sofa bed very difficult to open, time to replace! Parking - very tight parking for a standard size car, almost impossible for suvs. Overall place gets cleaned as required, clean bed sheets and towels, staff is great as mentioned. Cannot beat the location!

I like this motel and the location and enjoyed my stay but Expedia states there is daily housekeeping which there definitely is NOT. In 5 days the room was only entered once and all they did was drop off some new towels and garbage bags.
