Atendimento e recepção excelente! Hotel literalmente ao lado do supermercado Koch (facilitou muito nossa estadia). Tem utilidades que nunca vi em hotéis mais caros, como escalda pés gratuito, máquina de café três corações a vontade durante toda a estadia até 22:00 e sem custo adicional (apesar de não ter sido avisado no check-in e eu só ter descoberto depois) e toalha específica no banheiro pra retirar maquiagem. O único ponto que acredito que precisa melhorar é o café da manhã. Bem simples, só o básico do básico e sem muito sabor, sucos artificiais (não tinha nenhuma opção natural) e frios só mussarela e presunto, fora o pão de queijo sem gosto de queijo. Apesar da qualidade do café da manhã não ter sido boa, e isso ser um ponto fundamental pra mim numa hospedagem, as outras qualidades do local, como o conforto da cama, quartos bem grandes e com cozinha com microondas, cafeteira, sanduicheira e utensílios… me fariam retornar, sem dúvidas.

Foi uma grata surpresa nossa hospedagem próximo ao BCW. Pousada Aconchegante, quarto amplo com quarta “sala” transformada em 3 camas de solteiro, banheiro e copa com utensílios domésticos para facilitar sua vida como microondas sanduicheira e chaleira elétrica. Café da manhã muito gostoso e estacionamento em frente incluso. Muito próximo do BCW, com farmácia, supermercado ao lado, e muitas opções de lanchonetes perto. Adoramos. Viagem em família foi a escolha certa. Valeu muito a pena, com certeza retornaremos.

Confesso que fiquei surpreso com tamanha qualidade da pousada. Quarto muito grande, confortável e com uma cozinha com frigobar, microondas, pia e talheres. Além de ter uma varanda. Super limpo, funcionários educados e pacientes, opções de restaurantes nas proximidades, delivery e também com opções na própria recepção. O café da manhã com opções variadas, gostoso e podendo ser levado pro quarto. Por fim, disponibilizam um estacionamento privativo em frente a pousada, dando segurança para guardar carros. Nota máxima!
