“Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”

“We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the room with a card from Lane Retreat wishing our 10year old @Buckythefriendlypup a Happy Birthday and enjoy our wine country celebrations. The breakfast selections were excellent. Parking was convenient. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean. We including the poochies enjoyed our stay!”

“Great location and very central to everything. A nice cafe on site with great food and really friendly staff. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even though we didn’t have in-house housekeeping each day, they offered clean towels, pool towels, dishwashing liquid etc, so we never ran short. “Stayed for 2 nights. Ok . Had half board. Breakfast great. Dinner less so”

“The place was lovely but the air-conditioner in both bedrooms needed replacing. The manager did give us a good heater after being cold in both bedrooms on the first night. We needed to leave the door open in the 2nd bedroom to allow the heat to flow through from the living area. ”

“Breakfast was non existent. Otherwise it was a reasonable country pub stay.”

“Not clean at all. Door to balcony only held closed by a chain, which was broken, so not secure either. Wouldn’t stay again.”
