“When we entered the lobby, everything was great. As soon as we exited the elevator, on the third floor we immediately noticed the odor. I believe it smelt like dog. I was hoping our room did not smell, but I was wrong. We did keep the windows open which helped but not entirely. Everything appeared to be very clean, but you can't ignore the smell.”

“I like this brand. I know what to expect when we check in.
Here are the problems we experienced here.
1) Could not get an answer to request the shuttle to pick us up at rental car area,
2) Ice machine did not work on our floor. Went to another floor and cleaning staff got the one on that floor with some difficulty.
3) Casting on TV would not work. Maintenance was able to get it working,
Bath and room are great.”
