Estacionamento muito ruim! Extremamente difícil de estacionar. De uma garagem para outra tem que ser muito bom motorista para se deslocar. Além de ruim ainda é cobrado separado.

Ótimo, café da manhã maravilhoso num salão lindo. Estacionamento é terrível, sem espaço e rampas em caracol, não recomendo para carros grandes. Fiz 4 reservas e a equipe só tinha reservado 1, quase ficamos sem quarto. Achei isso meio desorganizado. De resto a estadia foi boa.

Houve uma certa confusão no check-in, por um problema na lavanderia os quartos ainda estavam em arrumação às 16h. Outros dois outros hóspedes tiveram que aguardar até perto das 17h pra poder acessar seus quartos. O funcionário estava um pouco atrapalhado, quando vi que os outros hóspedes já tinham sido atendidos, ainda tive que aguardar um atendimento de check-in demorado (2 casais, 2 quartos), para finalmente ter meu cartão de acesso (check-in já tinha sido registrado em sistema). Foi uma viagem bem longa, desde 2h da manhã, difícil esperar mais quase 1h pra poder chegar ao quarto e descansar A localização do quarto (1o andar) era bem ruim, pois era perto da porta que dava acesso à garagem, lugar de onde vinha MUITO barulho, inclusive na madrugada. O barulho da chuva em telhas próximas, também foi bastante desagradável. O quarto era OK, limpo e mobília nova, mas por ser a acomodação mais barata, a mesinha de apoio para escritório não tinha NENHUMA tomada disponível. Tive que ligar o carregador do meu notebook na tomada do banheiro... quando tentei afastar o frigobar para tentar usar a tomada dele, tinha MUITA SUJEIRA embaixo da base de madeira onde ele se encontra... No mais, a área do café era ampla e agradável, café da manhã muito bem servido, e demais acionamentos feitos ao front desk foram atendidos com muita rapidez e atenção. Mas, fica a dica: NÃO SE HOSPEDEM NO 1o ANDAR!
