“At check-in we got the wrong room and had to go down to reception to have this resolved. Got given a room without a balcony. Day two the room was not serviced and when I asked about it they wanted to know what I expected when the information I received from reception at check in state daily service. I asked for toilet paper the morning of check out after the room did not get serviced and are still waiting. Your conclusion.”
