“We stayed at this amazing property for 3 days as a group of four and had a wonderful experience. The mountain views from our room were stunning, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet had limited spread, but everything was delicious. The approach road can be a bit tricky, with a steep, narrow downhill stretch that accommodates only one car at a time. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!”

“The view is supreme. The room is very clean and quite well-appointed for the class of hotel. The location is very near to town just up the way to its hilltop perch. A good walk or short tuk tuk ride . The staff were friendly and helpful and the WiFi was good. I had reason to contact the manager and he responded quickly to sort out my issue. I highly recommend Mountjoy Ella.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The view of the Nine Arch Bridge and jungle was so beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good, too! The complimentary tuk-tuk service to and from the main road to the accommodation was especially appreciated given the steep and narrow road. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily recommend!”

“Het hotel ligt echt super mooi op een kwartiertje rijden met de tuk tuk buiten de drukte van Ella centrum aan het spoor van de Nine Arches bridge. Het personeel brengt en haalt je met de tuk tuk op wanneer je wilt. Het uitzicht is adembenemend vanaf het balkon. De kamer is groot en badkamer ruim. Airconditioning werkte perfect en minibar wordt bijgevuld. Het hotel heeft 2 kamers boven elkaar en was daardoor heerlijk voor ons en onze dochters alleen. Het ontbijt met vers fruit en andere verse...

“En nuestra opinión es un edificio, que en algún momento de su historia tuvo valor. Tiene poco mantenimiento, todo se ve y está muy usado, la habitación poco presentable, camas de tambor de resorte y colchones muy incómodos, el baño como de los años treinta, con adaptaciones muy rústicas y de mal gusto, en la tina, había una tarima de madera para salir de ella. El wc muy viejo y estorboso así como la papelera y la jabonera. Ciudad con poquísimo interés turístico.”
