“All were good”

“Great stay and excellent value for money! The staff was warm and helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping was prompt—when I requested slippers upon check-in, the staff member brought them quickly without any need for a reminder. Breakfast was delicious with authentic South Indian flavors. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and surrounded by popular restaurants like Geetham and Buhari. They even accommodated a late checkout by an hour. Highly recommended”

“IT WAS NOT MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THAT WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA CHARGES AT HPTEL BUT THEY CHARGED US.”

“Stay away from this place.. rooms not clean. Pickup drop off were not on time. Breakfast not good. Staff not very friendly.”

“Bed sheets were not washed and teared clothes. We informed them, they said no staff to change”

“Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not help us arrange a taxi to the airport, so we had to find one ourselves. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people and left at 1 AM for the airport, while my brother checked out in the morning. Despite this, we were charged an extra ₹1,800 for an extra person, even though there was no extra guest. Very poor service and an unjustified charge.”

“We’re European travellers. We’re stayed 17 nights. First thing we don’t get any loo rolls we’re asked but no response we bought ourselves, After two days TV stop working because they are not bought subscribe we’re informed to reception, again same no response also mini bar useless, all night loud noise because next to road all night horn sound can’t sleep at all. Most of the time they are left one towel for two ppl, Good thing is a/c works well shower water brilliant also they are clean the...

“The people at the place were very attentive and welcoming, however, some of the rooms are in bad conditions. Particularly, there were a lot of cockroaches. The place is very well situated, just a few minutes away from the airport, so it's a pity that it has these conditions. If the owners invested a little more in the cleanliness, it would be a much better place.”

“It is ok compare with cost. Just no separation between toilet and shower, so wash room floor will be wet. But immediately dry.”
