“This place is a small piece of heaven! Great service from all staff right from the very beginning. Before arrival - Comms were timely and accurate and helpful. The meals provided were great (especially the Oxtail stew! 😋) and delivered to your individual lodge. The situation of the lodge is beautiful - wherever you look the scenery transfixes you. “Didn't look at the pool as it was too cold being late winter! Very comfortable and clean rooms, great dinner in the dining room, helpful receptionists, and a very nice and helpful night watchman, Ben, making the place feel safe. Good to drive the car through the gates at night too, even though the Himeville and Underberg areas feel safe.”

“The accommodation was perfect for us as we where in the area for a cycle race. The place was very accommodating by having a very early breakfast and supplied a place we could park our bikes indoors (there where other cyclists also staying there as well). Staff are friendly and everything went to plan.”

The food was amazing and the Honesty Bar was a perfect touch with a great little atmosphere, each room had a little fire going and made the overall ambience very cosy and nice.
