“Disappointed with both the service and the room, upon arrival I requested a room located away from the nightclub just a few meters from the hotel, as I had a very early flight. I was told there were no rooms available, but was immediately offered another for an additional fee, which was unacceptable. My experience in the room was honestly unsatisfactory.
