“Staff was super helpful and upgraded our room at no extra cost when we arrived. Not around much but was great still for our stay”

“Please take care booking here. I had a suite and it was lovely. However when it rained ( albeit very heavy rain) leaks came in through the window and floor in two of the rooms. Not sure how safe it is. Not small water ingress, puddles of water. Staff moved me to a smaller single room which also leaked. Worrying as a lot of electrical stuff in areas of water influx! I have asked for a partial refund for the difference in room standard as I did not stay in the suite. Staff blame the rain. This is...

“Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Große Zimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen!”

“Excelente. Tranquila. Personal colaborador.

“Laundry room was excellent, detergent not required made it easy for customers. Overall the hotel was excellent, employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good, would recommend the hotel to all”

“Clean, spacious room. Housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs. The staff knew enough English for check in and to store our luggage after check out, but were not overly helpful (did not tell us about the amenities/services at the hotel, did not offer to help with car service, etc). Very close to M10.”

“Genial”

“Breakfast was excellent. Many choices. Property was clean and sufficient. Staff friendly. Will definitely come back.”

“Hotel poco practico y algo antiguo.

Buen gimnasio y piscina correcta.”

“Great value!”
