Location good. Quiet area. Restaurants and food store nearby. Hotel clean and in good condition. There is an ocean view, however, from a distance. Communication for check-in and office is good. There is no housekeeping but you can get clean towels. Really enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to ocean waves, watching sunsets, and various birds and chickens in area.

Luxury pricing but no where near a luxury hotel. Very outdated. The lobby and restaurant are outdated, the pool feels liks an apartment pool. Yes there is a bar, but at these prices, i would expect there to be service at the pool lounges…. Especially at the $100 day beds. Our room was decent but the bathroom felt like a budget hotel. At over $900 per night (after taxes) I expected a lot more of a luxury experience. What we got was very budget and average. At appropriate pricing, this would be a great place to stay. At luxury pricing, its not worth it. Go somewhere else that is actually luxury

The villa was spectacular, with beautiful views and doors on one wall that slide open to the lanai area The pool has a sand bottom and has a lagoon /like feel, with waterfalls, Infiniti pool and coves, landscaped beautifully.
