The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly. “La habitación está bien, le falta un poco de luz pero imagino que en verano debe estar fenomenal. El problema viene cuando llega el fresco y entiendo que por ahorrar no ponen apenas la calefacción. Aparte de ello, desde el primer momento pedí una factura que finalmente no me han enviado ni hecho. El día de mi partida, habían avisado al fontanero a las 8:30 de la mañana, por lo que tuve que salir media hora antes de lo que pensaba.”
