Vacations Close To Mansfield Park

Worth a read… Got there early and room was ready but $28 for an early check in?!? Started with parking app. Apparently doesn’t always work. Had to use hotel cell phone. Doesn’t always work either. Owner knows about it but refuses to fix it we were told. Parking isn’t per day, it is per 24 hrs from when you start. Wasn’t told so wasted an extra $30 on parking we didn’t need. Got to the room, toilet wouldn’t flush. Phone to front desk didn’t work so had to go to front desk for assistance. In evening wanted to watch game 3 of World Series, couldn’t get tv to work. Back to front desk for assistance, no one had a clue how to work tv either. Morning shower? Had to let water run for about 10 min to get warm enough to shower. On the plus side, location is good, decor looks nice but when you look closer, it’s a 5 gallon ( of paint) over haul. The reply to my comment might be “sorry about your experience, please give us another try”, but with this many hiccups, not worth a second chance.

Muy buen servicio todo muy limpio

The workers were nice and very helpful, unfortunately they only have 1 person at Valet which creates a long wait time because they are the only one parking and bring cars for multiple people at once which was crappy since they charge $60 per night for it. When we got to our floor the odor was just absolutely horrible. Thankfully the smell was not in the room. The hotel has old carpet and a lot of corners were ripped, the whole thing should be replaced or removed. The odor was just gross. The AC to the room absolutely sucked. We had to put ours at 65 and we were sweating in when we slept. It would’ve been nice if the windows propped open just a little for some type of ventilation. You can tell the hotel is very old as the furniture is not up to date but it wasn’t much of a bother to us. I really wished they had a least a snack vending machine for late night cravings. It is so close to the river walk which was a huge plus! The hotel did its job for our stay.
