I feel I was scammed
When I booked it was included all taxes and fee.
But at the c.i suddenly They demanded of me to pay hotel fee!!!!
Every one that make c.i at the same time as me was surprised and complained about that.
I will not going back there again

From check in to check out, The DuParc & everyone there are fantastic! Sara checked me in & was as sweet as can be. Victor was wonderful assisting me to my room & showing me what I needed to know. Alejandro & Diego in the evening are awesome. Juan Carlos & Alex during the evenings was very helpful. Edwin was always helpful with a smile. Carlos & the breakfast crew were attentive & pleasant. Estefania & Housekeeping were wonderful & always pleasant as well. The other female staff members were always sweet also & Yuliana is excellent when it comes to booking & communication. I highly recommend this hotel. 5 Star experience for sure. I look forward to my return!
