Vacations Close To Assault on the Cotton Gin Park

Place was nice. Kitchen was nice but completely unstocked. Not even a coffee maker. I contacted host about the lack of a coffee maker. They responded to say they would notify someone on site. Never heard back.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. From the lobby to the room. Everything was amazing! The room itself was so clean and comfy. Also this hotel is literally in walking distance to so much or a short uber to downtown. Would def stay again

I really wanted to love this hotel as it’s beautifully decorated in its art deco style & location is excellent. However, a few key issues really let it down. We stayed for 3 nights & yet received no housekeeping or room cleaning during our entire stay. So no clean towels, no bins emptied, no clean mugs & glasses, no bedding refresh, etc etc. Also, there were obviously long standing maintenance issues in the bathroom with the shower leaking that have rotted the door & left a damp smell to linger. There were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, you had to go to the other end of the corridor for these where paper cups were supplied & only coffee, no tea. Overall left a little disappointed after a rare weekend away from home & children where I still had to be the one to clear & clean up the mess!

Beautiful hotel with earning a 5 star rating!
