“Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay”

“En general el hotel es bastante bueno, aunque el servicio de WiFi es pesimo (practicamente imposible conectarse) y los servicios de taxi que ofrecen son caros”

“Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Quick check in. Room was spotless. Had WiFi issues with wife’s phone and was quickly sorted. All the staff at Buffet Breakfast were very friendly and helpful . Had drinks at the bar during happy hour and dinner in their Restaurant. Excellent Indian food. Barman took care of ordering the food for so it was ready when we sat at the table. Fabulous service. Highly recommended”

“The rooms could have been cleaners with better bed sheets. The toilets also were not clean, stains and dirt around the toilet seats. Staff were excellent ”

“Un hotel mediocre, con habitaciones muy pobres y con deficiencias en la limpieza. Es exageradamente caro ya que su nivel es de un hotel de 2 estrellas como máximo.”

Toilets and bathrooms were well maintained and clean, and towels and toiletries are provided by the hotel. Hot water was available throughout the day. Breakfast which is good is available in the...
