“Everything was wonderful, but you had one cleaner that we asked for towels in the hallway that had such a snobby attitude and I asked her how was her day just to try to uplift her spirit and I don’t know if she was going through something but work isn’t the place to bring problems other than that it was an awesome stay. ”

Special shoutout to the security guard who went out of his way to get me ice for our room and cooler, since the ice machines in our hallway were not working.
