“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Tusan Hotel and left with great memories. We originally had a 4-night reservation, but the day before our trip our car window cracked and we had to delay our arrival. We contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, and Ms. İlknur from the Hotel Reservations Department was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though our reservation was non-refundable, she helped move our stay one day forward. Her understanding and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier,...

“We visited Selçuk for a spiritual pilgrimage, exploring the Basilica of St John, the historic Ephesus site, and attending Sunday mass at the House of the Virgin Mary, along with a lovely trip to Kuşadası. We arrived late after a flight delay, and we hadn't noticed to notify them of a late arrival. We had to ring up to get let in, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating and were there in just two minutes to help us! We met Coşku at breakfast the next morning. She was just absolutely...
