“We stayed for 1 night at this gem of a place! We arrived quite late but managed to get into the restaurant just before they finished serving. The food was outstanding! Not an extensive menu. A few pub classics such as fish and chips. I had an open fish pie which was delicious. We had breakfast the next morning which was equally as good. “Although I did not use the restaurant or bar, I did see the inside and it looked very homely and comfortable. The staff I met were very helpful and respectful. My room was very nice and the bed extremely comfortable. I would most definately recommend this hotel and I will be using it again when I am next in the area.”
