The property/room was wonderful! Clean, spacious, walkable to train, park, visitor highlights. On check out we saw the reception area and it was super cute with coffee, cozy seating for breakfast and relaxing. Please be aware that the alley to enter the property is a bit dark at night so I’d recommend a taxi or uber drop off over walking.

Good location near train station

I booked one of the apartments and it was very nice and super convenient to the train station. The property is gated and feels very safe. There was a booklet on the desk with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The only issue for some people might be that the bed is upstairs and the bathroom is down; if you get up during the night, it’s slightly inconvenient.

Loved this hotel! It was close to the train station. We were welcomed to our room early which gracious due to our train getting in ahead of check in time. The room was comfortable, stylish, and clean. We loved the modern vibe. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely be returning here!

Quick trip to Parma

Excellent hotel. Excellent rooms and service. It is very close to the train station. It’s a quick 10 minute walk to central Parma. The first 5 minutes of the walk are through a kind of sketchy area. So just knkw that when you book. We had no problems when we walked it several times a

Pros: -very clean -easy to check in and out, all done via messages/email and with electronic codes -you only see staff during breakfast, and they are super friendly and attentive -breakfast is great! Plenty of choices, delicious coffee, a very nice breakfast room shared with other guests, etc. -it was super to be able to control the temp in the room, as many times it is set too cold or too hot, great shower, bidet, towel warmer, very good WiFi. -secure parking -walking distance (maybe 15') from everything to see in Parma. Cons: -As mentioned by other guests, the area where the hotel is located is a bit sketchy, and the only access to the hotel is through the parking lot, which is located in the alley. The area is the train station neighborhood, and, like in any other city, not the best to walk around, especially at night. Parma has a reputation for being very safe, but still, we felt a tad uneasy walking back to the hotel after dinner. Having said that, many stores were open late, all sorts of people were walking around, and the restaurant next door (in the alley) was packed with customers, so that made us more comfortable. Also, right around the corner to both sides, there are much fancier/bigger hotels, so I guess it is not an unusual area of town; it is just different from the rest.
