“We stayed at Arrowwood Resort from Wednesday through Saturday, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had.
From the moment we arrived, there was a strong moldy smell. We switched rooms multiple times hoping it would improve, but every room had the same issue and was dirty and poorly maintained.
The pools were also disappointing. They didn't appear clean, and the water park was closed during our stay, which was a major reason we chose this resort.
